Will I work with each of you directly?

Yes, we are hands-on with you throughout the entire process. We will work together to make sure your brand – from your client experience and strategy to your stunning new visuals – is exactly what you want and so much more!

How soon can I start?

Our availability is very limited due to high demand and our policy of only taking on a small number of clients at a time (approximately 3-5 per month) to ensure quality. It depends on our schedule and how quickly you are able to begin, but we generally book out two weeks in advance for your first Power Session (details in the next FAQ).

How can I get started?

We have to rounds of qualifications for new clients to ensure we are the perfect fit for each other. First, we get to know you via the contact form you fill out on our website. It's so important to us that we are a strong match for our clients so we can do our very best work and so each client gets the most out of our process! If we feel we are a good fit for you based on the needs you describe in your initial inquiry, we will set up a Power Session with you. Besides Launch Day, this is our favorite part of the process! We love getting to know new clients and helping people start a brand new exciting journey! In this Power Session we will both give you a full brand evaluation and get to know you more. Should you choose to move forward with MBH and if we feel you are a perfect fit for our services, this session will serve as the start of your MBH process. Your $500 session fee will serve as your retainer and will count towards your final MBH balance. Thus far, we have never had a client choose not to move forward since we are very selective about the sessions we take. After your Power Session, you will sign your MBH Contract and select the Tier of service you would like. All of this takes a couple weeks, depending on our schedule for booking Power Sessions. We have flexible payment plans for the remaining balance. We make it easy so that you can make it happen!

Is website design and coding included?

Every brand has different needs and goals in attracting the ideal client. Custom web design and coding is priced via a vendor partner and is an additional fee that starts around $2500. We do not offer web design only services. We partner with a number of amazing custom web designers. We do require that you work with a custom web designer to make our process work in the best way possible. Your art isn’t template, so your site shouldn’t be, either.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes, we offer three flexible payment plans to fit a variety of financial needs. Kristin will even send you friendly little reminders when your payments are due. No hassle and no stress!

How do I pay?

Invoices are sent electronically, giving you the option to pay via credit card or PayPal.

How much will my collateral cost?

We are thrilled to offer wholesale print pricing to our Making Brands Happen clients! Each piece we design is completely custom and we offer a plethora of printing options to fit a variety of budgets.

What if I run out of my gorgeous collateral?

We’re always here; you can reorder from us at anytime.

What if I'd like additional consulting or extra pieces designed?

This is the golden Making Brands Happen question! Every client we work with has unique needs, so each process is completely tailored to fit. You can add any of these additional signature services to your Tier.
